CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations including rescheduled appointments must be done through the website within 48 hours before appointment to keep your deposit. ONE reschedule per deposit is permitted. Cancelling less than 48 hours before results in loss of deposit and a new one will be required to book SAME DAY cancellations will be charged 25% of scheduled service using the card on file. No call no shows will be banned and charged 50% of service. Please communicate with me accordingly to avoid fees!
